Coaching

We help people get to where they want to be, stretch their horizons and stay on top of their game, more effectively and faster than they might on their own. Coaching is a real-time intervention addressing current issues that helps you clarify the best way forward and achieve the results you want.

We coach:

  • individuals at all levels and from all walks of life to build confidence, develop self awareness, plan their career, change direction, develop leadership and teamwork skills, improve personal effectiveness, change behaviours and maximise performance.
  • directors, senior managers and teams to clarify the organisation's strategic direction and goals; to plan for succession and continuity; to define and link the vision, values, behaviours and culture of the organisation; to manage change; and to embrace organisational challenges both individually and as a team.
  • business owners on issues such as starting up or growing the business, expanding into new markets, and dealing with staff or team issues.
  • We act as a sounding board for senior directors and business owners to clarify and focus their planning in order to make clearer decisions and develop strategy.
  • Despite progress in technology, people are still the greatest resource of any organisation and often make the difference between you and your competitors. Investing in coaching to address current issues helps to develop your staff and future leaders; supports your management and executive team, especially during periods of change; and pays dividends in terms of maximising long-term sustainable performance.

    Aeona specialises in delivering evidence of the coaching intervention's success. We help you to focus your attention on the issues and challenges, improve organisational efficiency, and maximise your business and personal performance. At the start, we identify with you your desired outcomes from coaching and measurable indicators for these outcomes, so you know when you are achieving success. We measure your leadership capabilities and mental toughness through psychometric measures, ILM72 and MTQ48, and offer coaching support for your chosen direction of development. You can use the profile of your organisation as a whole, or for different sectors, management levels or teams, to assess areas of excellence, gaps in capabilities and better implement new strategies or manage change.

    Aeona offers three levels of coaching:

    Personal coaching

    Release your true potential and reap the rewards: One to one coaching to achieve your personal goals and greater life fulfillment.

    Business coaching

    Build a stronger business or career: Individual coaching to achieve your work/business/career goals and aspirations, enhance performance and increase your productivity.

    Executive coaching

    How successful do you want to be? Similar to business coaching, executive coaching may also include the organisation's agenda and is particularly useful during periods of organisational change.

     

    Business and Executive Coaching are recognised as effective tools to develop and drive all businesses forward, from entrepreneurs and start-ups, small businesses, manufacturing industries, charities, public sector organisations to large international corporations.

    Training

    Aeona delivers open workshops for individual attendance and tailored courses and workshops, designed specifically to reflect your business needs, to be delivered in-house. Open workshops are usually run at a central Edinburgh venue with a maximum of eight participants to ensure high quality training, with a high level of individual attention and interactive group work. Aeona provides bespoke courses at your premises or at an agreed venue.
