Business Development Coaching - CONE Teams
Coached co-operative, networking, entrepreneurial teams are for Owners and Directors/Managers who want to significantly improve the success of their business and who recognise that they, more than sales, cutting edge equipment or fancy marketing, are the driving force for success in their business.

CONE teams offer you the opportunity to work on your business and at the same time benefit from valuable input by other team members, who are also business professionals, in a dynamic, supportive and confidential environment. With a maximum of nine team members and a trained NLP coach facilitator, you will gain from the different perspectives each individual brings to the table, in both a professional and personal capacity, in the confidence that no-one in the room is a competitor in your own field.

We ask you to commit to a minimum of 6 months, so the team can fully develop mutual trust and respect for open discussion, although you will gain most from the program by continuing in a long-term relationship to maximise your business success as well as your own personal motivation and zest for life.
The Format:
A monthly four hour workshop from 09:00 - 13:00.
Yes, this is during working hours - we emphasise that CONE team members are working on their business to improve performance. Meetings are planned into your business time so they don't erode into other areas of your life, which will ultimately erode your performance. Meetings start with a 45 minute workshop on the month's theme, followed by interactive sessions for each team member to develop their business with the group. The Aeona coach facilitates the whole workshop and provides interim coaching support between meetings.
