Personal coaching, also called life coaching, is becoming much more common outside the workplace and sport. Personal coaching is an acceptable form of support for anyone wanting to improve specific areas of their life, or their quality of life in general. Often it is impossible to separate work from life, since people's lives don't generally package into separate strands but have common interwoven threads.
