This two-day highly interactive workshop stretches your horizons and gives you an opportunity to explore what leadership means to you. Working in small groups during the workshop lets you try out different techniques and identify how you could develop your skills further. The two days are one to two weeks apart, so you can practice what you learn on day one before moving on to the second stage.

Dr Sue Mitchell, Aeona's founding coach, is a certified NLP Business Practitioner and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching. Sue led her first team development event in 1989 prior to leading expeditions to the South Pacific and continues to enjoy working with and motivating others to achieve goals. Through working in the UK and overseas, Sue has experience working with people at all levels across different cultures. She has coached or trained company directors, small business owners, senior and lower managers, as well as people in the military, scientific institutes and academia. Sue coaches individuals and groups to recognise what they could achieve and to take on higher level challenges. Some of the areas Sue coaches include leadership, teamwork, communication, change, career management and confidence.
